● 1 link andouille or smoked sausage (1/2 in pieces)
● 10-12 shrimp, raw & deveined
● 1 tsp seafood seasoning
● 2 tbsp olive oil, plus 1 tsp to season shrimp
● 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
● 1/2 onion, sliced
● 1 cup sliced zucchini, cut approximately 1/2 in thick
● 1 cup yellow squash, cut 1/2 inch thick also
● 2 cloves minced garlic
● 1/2 cup chicken broth
● 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
● 3 tbsp butter
● Parsley, to garnish
● Salt and pepper to taste



1️⃣ Season shrimp with a little olive oil and seafood seasoning.

2️⃣ Brown your sausages over medium-high heat. Set aside.

3️⃣ In the same skillet, cook shrimp approximately 2-3 minutes until they form a nice “C” shape. Set aside.
