• One 15 oz. can of sliced peaches, drained
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour melted butter into an 8×8-inch baking dish, ensuring it evenly coats the bottom.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
3️⃣ Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir; let the batter settle naturally.
4️⃣ Evenly layer the drained peaches on top of the batter without mixing.
5️⃣ Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and the edges are slightly crispy.
6️⃣ Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Pair it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Enjoy warm!
