A luxurious blend of shrimp, lump crab, and creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce, this pasta dish delivers bold flavors and rich textures in every bite.
Ingredients
• 250g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 200g lump crab meat
• 300g pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet, season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add heavy cream, smoked paprika, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
5️⃣ Stir in crab meat and cooked shrimp. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Toss pasta in sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy!
