• 1 lb breakfast sausage
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Bisquick mix
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
3️⃣ Combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
4️⃣ Add the Bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
6️⃣ Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
