Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak, Gorgonzola Alfredo sauce, and a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze. Perfect for a special dinner or indulgent treat.


Ingredients

• 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb fettuccine pasta
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1️⃣ Season steak with salt and pepper, cook in olive oil, then let it rest before slicing.
2️⃣ Cook fettuccine until al dente and set aside.
3️⃣ In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream.
4️⃣ Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola until smooth.
5️⃣ Toss pasta in the sauce, add spinach, and let it wilt.
6️⃣ Plate pasta, top with steak, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and garnish with parsley.
