Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp

Description

Spicy, tangy, and sweet, Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp is the perfect quick meal or appetizer, ideal for summer cookouts or taco nights.


Ingredients

• 1 lb shrimp, peeled (medium-sized 26/30)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp chili powder
• 3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)


Instructions

1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Preheat grill to high and skewer shrimp while the grill heats.
3️⃣ Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and pink.
