Ingredients
• 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Add the steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
4️⃣ Remove the steak and set aside. Add butter and garlic to the skillet.
5️⃣ Stir the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6️⃣ Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
