Description

Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Pasta combines tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and a rich, velvety cream sauce with pasta for a comforting and indulgent meal. Perfect for dinner, this dish is easy to make and sure to impress!


Ingredients

• 250g pasta
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced
• 200g mushrooms, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, pepper, and parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan, cook chicken until golden, season with salt and pepper, then remove from pan.
3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic until tender.
4️⃣ Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5️⃣ Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
6️⃣ Return chicken to the pan, toss in pasta, and mix well.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
