• Mixed beans (kidney beans, navy beans, pinto beans)

• Barbecue sauce

• Smoked paprika
• Chili powder
• Cumin

Instructions
1️⃣ Begin by browning the ground beef or pork in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and set the meat aside.
2️⃣ In the same skillet, sauté diced onion, garlic, and bell peppers until softened and fragrant.
3️⃣ Combine the cooked meat, sautéed vegetables, and drained beans in a large pot or baking dish.
4️⃣ Add ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and spices (smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper). Stir thoroughly to coat everything in the sauce.
5️⃣ Simmer on the stovetop over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to an hour.
