Ingredients

• 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Vegetable oil for frying

For the Gravy:
• 1/4 cup drippings from fried pork chops
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with eggs and milk, and one with buttermilk mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Coat each pork chop in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour.
3️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ For gravy, leave 1/4 cup drippings in skillet, whisk in flour, and cook until golden. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Serve pork chops with gravy poured over the top.
