Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
2️⃣ Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
3️⃣ Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4️⃣ Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture.
5️⃣ Fold in apples and pour batter into the dish.
6️⃣ Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle over the batter.
7️⃣ Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool before serving
