Chicken Lasagna

Description

Chicken Lasagna is a comforting and flavorful dish made with layers of shredded chicken, creamy ricotta, mozzarella, and Alfredo sauce. It’s perfect for family dinners or meal prepping for the week!


Ingredients

• 9 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce
• 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
4️⃣ Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of shredded chicken, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
5️⃣ Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a final layer of Alfredo sauce and a generous topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6️⃣ Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
