Ingredients
• 500g ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 burger buns
Instructions
1️⃣ In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain excess fat, and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in the same skillet until softened.
3️⃣ Add tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, then simmer for five minutes.
4️⃣ Return the ground beef to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
5️⃣ Lower the heat, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
6️⃣ Toast burger buns, assemble with the cheesy chili filling, and serve immediately.
