Savory rolls filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, baked to perfection in golden crescent dough, and served with marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can (8 pieces) crescent roll dough
• Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
3️⃣ Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Stir in mozzarella and cheddar until melted, then cool slightly.
5️⃣ Roll out crescent dough, place beef mixture on each triangle, and roll tightly.
6️⃣ Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
8️⃣ Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
