Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

Description

A decadent dessert featuring a fudgy brownie base, a creamy cheesecake layer, and swirls of caramel, topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips for the ultimate indulgence.


Ingredients

• 1 pack brownie mix (plus package ingredients)
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup thick cream
• 1/2 cup caramel sauce (extra for drizzle)
• Whipped cream and chocolate chips for decoration


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9-inch greased pan. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
3️⃣ Add sour cream and thick cream, blending until smooth. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base.
4️⃣ Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl using a knife or skewer.
5️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6️⃣ Once chilled, drizzle extra caramel sauce on top and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips before serving.
