Ingredients
• 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed
• ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare crust by combining crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
2️⃣ Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla. Pour over crust.
3️⃣ Cook apples in butter with brown sugar and cinnamon for 5-7 minutes. Cool and spread over cheesecake filling.
4️⃣ Bake cheesecake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5️⃣ Make caramel by melting sugar, stirring until golden, then adding butter and cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
6️⃣ Drizzle caramel over chilled cheesecake before serving.
