Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders: Crispy and Flavorful

Tender, flavorful chicken coated in a crispy crust, perfect for dipping or serving with your favorite sides.


Ingredients

• 1 lb chicken tenders
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

1️⃣ Combine buttermilk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl. Marinate chicken tenders in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Coat tenders in flour, shaking off excess.
3️⃣ Fry tenders in batches for 4-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Serve warm with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
