Flaky, buttery rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and juicy blueberries, topped with a hint of lemon zest and a dusting of powdered sugar. A perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

• 1 package crescent roll dough
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Unroll the crescent dough, pressing seams to form a single sheet.
3️⃣ Blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4️⃣ Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then sprinkle blueberries and lemon zest.
5️⃣ Roll the dough into a log and slice it into 1-inch rounds.
6️⃣ Arrange rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
7️⃣ Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm. Enjoy!
