Ingredients
• 6 cups sliced fresh peaches (about 6-8 peaches)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
3️⃣ Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
5️⃣ Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract, then add the boiling water.
