Succulent shrimp topped with a crispy, garlicky breadcrumb mixture and baked to perfection, creating a delightful seafood dish.


Ingredients

• 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3️⃣ Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish, and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
4️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden.
5️⃣ Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve hot.
