Ingredients
• 2 pounds chicken wings
• 3 tablespoons potato starch
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• Oil spray
• 1/2 cup honey
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/4 cup lemon juice (or more, to taste)
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1-2 teaspoons ground pepper
• 1 pinch salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix the potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then toss the wings to coat evenly.
3️⃣ Lightly spray a parchment-lined sheet pan with oil, arrange the wings in a single layer, and spray the tops with oil.
4️⃣ Reduce the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5️⃣ In a small saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until well combined.
6️⃣ Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce to coat.
7️⃣ Serve immediately with extra sauce for dipping if desired.
